In response to requests from several people, we have devised a one-day Management Techniques course which will allow managers to learn about basic management techniques (please see below) from one of the foremost experts in the field - Paul Thompson.

Whilst the subject cannot be covered in its entirety in a single day, the course is designed to provide sufficient knowledge to cover the vast majority of management challenges.
