The Small Print

Every website seems to have a 'Disclaimer' and a 'Privacy Statement'.  Not to be outdone:

The information on this site is given in good faith, but we don't accept responsibility for any inaccuracies outside our control.

We provide links to other websites as a service to you (we will remove a link to any site if its owner asks us to).

Any site is welcome to link to ours, although we'd appreciate you telling us (please load onto the user's entire window).

Any personal information you give us will be kept secure and not divulged to anyone else (except law-enforcement agencies!).

We are always happy to accept changes in delegates - but please do tell us so that we can get the name badge and attendance list correct.  We usually have to make a contractual commitment to a venue well ahead of an event and a cancellation will affect our costs.  Therefore we do charge for cancellations (sorry!).

Our standard Terms & Conditions of trade are 30 days from the date of our invoice. We reserve the right to charge for the costs involved if we are not paid on time, as provided for by the Late Payment of Commercial Debts legislation.  In turn we promise to abide by the guidance given on the Better Payment Practice website.

We will remove you from our mailing lists immediately you ask us to (please contact us by any medium you like).
