We arranged a very successful series of seminars in 2005 following the publication of Traffic Calming Techniques by the Institution of Highways & Transportation and the County Surveyors’ Society. Details of the publication can be found on the IHT website.
Almost two years later, it was necessary to review the book’s successes and failures - and look to the future. We therefore invited a number of eminent speakers, including some of the original authors, to give us their individual expert insights into the current state of play on Traffic Calming.
The seminar was held at Sonning, near Reading, on Monday 13 November.
